Welsh indie-pop artist Alexander Morgan Stevens, better known as Strawberry Guy, will be performing in support of his newly-released album Give Me A Dream at 9:30 Club on November 13th, 2026. Doors will open for this late show at 10 pm, and opener Jean-Luc Eldenwood will set the tone with whimsical singer-songwriter tunes.

Best known for the Tiktok hit “Mrs Magic,” Stephens began creating music under the name Strawberry Guy in 2018, and released his debut EP Taking My Time To Be in 2019. “Mrs Magic,” a dreamy piano-led ode inspired by the singer’s experience with hallucinogenics, was certified RIAA Platinum and has racked up over 700 million streams on Spotify. The song will certainly make for a nostalgic encore, and Strawberry Guy’s setlist will feature other familiar favorites like “F Song” and “Without You,” transporting concert-goers back to the early 2020s.

On Give Me A Dream, Strawberry Guy combines a unique mix of 70s George Harrison-esque sounds with classical influences such as Ravel and Debussy. The album’s cover is an idyllic impressionist hillside reminiscent of Monet’s works, and the music feels just as Woman with a Parasol appears: windswept and wistfully reminiscent. The mellow “I’ll Never Feel That Young Again” is Stephens’s reflection on growing older, a love letter between the singer’s past and present selves. “Only Gets Better” finds the artist optimistically working through his anxieties, while “I Can Live Again” celebrates his progress from a dark place. Stephens’s lyrical introspection is interjected by brief interludes like “Odette’s Lament,” where orchestral swells complement a sweeping piano melody.

Concert-goers can expect to feel their spirits raised by Strawberry Guy’s lush mixture of easygoing folk and classical sensibilities.
